All responses received by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 05/25/2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
