COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is W912L6-25-R-A001 issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov. 3. This solicitation is Full and Open Competition with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 721214, Recreational and Vacation Camps (except Campgrounds) with a standard size of $9.0M and Product and Service Code (PSC) G003, Professional Services Social Services. 4. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred or associated with in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-25-R-A001. 5. It is the Governments intent to award a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Kids Camp Family Programs for the Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG) without discussion. 6. Contract Line Item (CLIN): Line Item Description Quantity Unit of Issue 0001 Kids Camp 1 Job 7. Contractor shall provide all services as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as an attachment in this solicitation. 8. Delivery and Acceptance will be FOB Destination, per the delivery location stated in the PWS. 9. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition, to include any addenda to the provision. Provisions and Clauses are attached to include the technical evaluation criteria for award. 10. The Offeror is required to have a current and active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://sam.gov at the time the proposal is submitted and not in a pending status, as well as no exclusions. 11.
