    Description

NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE AMENDMENT

    SOLICITATION NUMBER: 36C24W25Q0338

    AMENDMENT NUMBER: 0002

    DATE: August 29, 2025

    PROJECT NUMBER: N/A

    PROJECT TITLE: Kitchen Package

LOCATION:  VA Medical Center, Tulsa, OK, 74127

REASON FOR AMENDMENT: CAD Drawings, Status of Site, Ventilation, and Obstacles

    ______________________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT: 0001

Question: 1 – CAD Drawings: Is there a CAD drawing of the kitchen available?

VA Response: We do not have access to up-to-date CAD files. All available and relevant drawings will be made available to the awarded vendor. Drawings will at minimum be PDFs of electrical, plumbing, and architectural features that are relevant. It is the contractor’s responsibility to verify any needed measurements and positions of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) in the field prior to purchasing equipment.

Question: 2 – Status of Site Condition: Will the site be total install ready for the equipment?

VA Response: The site will be ready for installation at the time of installation. There is a possibility of other contractors performing work in the space. If that is the case, appropriate scheduling and coordination will be done to ensure minimal disruption to work being performed.

Question: 3 – Ventilation: Correct electrical work and ventilation on site?

VA Response: Ventilation and electrical will be in place at the time of installation. The VA will be responsible for correcting any mechanical, electrical or plumbing infrastructure deficiencies if any are found.

Question: 4 – Kitchen Accessibility: Is the kitchen easily accessible? Any obstacles?

VA Response: The kitchen is on the first floor, with nearby elevators and exterior doors. The kitchen door openings are 44”.
