    Description

    The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), has a need to procure services to support the The Environmental Laboratory (EL), US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), located in Lewisville, Texas.  

    The contractor will need to provide services for pond cleanup & valve repair at the Lewisville Aquatic Ecosystem Research Facility (LAERF)  The contractor will be required to:

    • Repair or replace ten 6- inch iron gate valves
    • Locate breaks or degraded pipe and repair along 8-inch iron water line
    • Clear ten (10) existing ponds of plant material and debris
    • Replace five 6-inch pond gate valves with in-line shutoff 8-inch gate valves
    • Repair or replace three 6-inch gate valves and tie-ins to 8-inch iron water lines
    • Clear three (3) additional existing ponds of plant material and debris

     The place of performance will be at the Aquatic Ecology & Invasive Species Branch (EEA) research facility located in Lewisville, Texas.
