This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA480024Q0025 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses including those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 and DFARS change notice 01/22/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130 and the size standard is $25M. This is a requirement for Catholic Mass Music Director as indicated in the attached combo and PWS.

Technical will be evaluated via an in-person audition of the offeror's candidate. Interested offerors must contact SSgt Dominique Flen to schedule an audition. Auditions can take place prior to or after the due date for quotations, however, the Government reserves the right to reject offers and schedule requests after the due date of offers.
