    Scope of Work

    The Government seeks contractors capable of performing comprehensive depot‑level repair to return the Electrical Load Bank to a fully serviceable “A” condition. Repairs must ensure the unit meets all functional, performance, and reliability requirements necessary for operation within the AN/AAM‑80 PSTS and the broader LANTIRN ATE environment.

    Required Contractor Capabilities

    Respondents must demonstrate the ability to:

    • Perform disassembly, test, bench check, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair in accordance with applicable technical data, OEM specifications, and industry standards.

    • Ensure all repaired Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) performance standards and are suitable for installation in next‑higher assemblies.

    • Utilize repair components that are equal to or superior to OEM parts, compliant with all drawings, manuals, handbooks, and specifications.

    • Provide timely and accurate reporting in Commercial Asset Visibility–Air Force (CAV‑AF).

    • Meet all Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

    • Maintain high product quality and support the Government’s objective to reduce Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs).
