15 Dec 2025 Sources Sought/Market Survey Responses Requested: Interested Offerors can respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis to include the following information: 1. Offeror’s company name, address, home office immediate area, UEI, and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Codes, and points of contact name, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size/classification shall be indicated on the first page of the submission. 3. Interested parties must submit a Capability Statement, including evidence of relevant past performance and similar completed projects, to demonstrate their ability to execute the described work. The statement should address the following items to show the contractor’s capability. 4.The contractor’s ability to manage, as prime contractor, the types and magnitude of tasking described in the project description above 5. The contractor’s technical ability to perform at least 50% of the cost of the contract incurred for personnel with its own employees. 6. The contractor’s capacity to conduct the requirements of the SOW. At minimum, 2 completed projects (costing a minimum of 6 million dollars) completed in the last 5 years to demonstrate capacity and technical ability. Contractor shall provide overview of these past projects completed and how much they self-performed. 12 Dec 2025 TYAD Large Asset Integration Facility Source Sought Construct a new facility that is a 90' x 75' clear span structure with minimum 40' high inside clearance. To support mission requirements, the facility must have a work floor flush with adjacent ground level, large overhead doors on two sides, and an unobstructed clear open area. The building will be designed and constructed to provide both general purpose and mission specific electrical distribution, general indoor and exterior lighting, heating, and ventilation system with vehicle exhaust purge Required secondary facilities include water, sewer, gas, and electric utilities, drainage, pavement, site improvements, and information systems. The facility will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance. This space would be built as a flexible and agile space that would be modular to support current and future needs.
