This requirement is for the design and construction of a new Large Asset Integration Facility at Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary facilities and utilities, including electrical, lighting, heating, ventilation, water, sewer, gas, drainage, pavement, and information systems.
