LARGE TEST VEHICLE REPLACEMENT GENERATOR INSTALLATION

The Government requires the custom fabrication of a heavy-duty slide-out shelf and a weather-resistant enclosure, and the subsequent on-site installation of a Government-furnished generator into the 746th Test Squadron's Large Test Vehicle (LTV) at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. This is a commercial fabrication and installation procurement; all contractor-supplied materials must be new, and the contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on all workmanship and components. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all offers received in response to this solicitation. Furthermore, the Government maintains the right to not make an award under this solicitation, and reserves the unilateral right to cancel this solicitation, in whole or in part, at any point prior to award if it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Based on market research, this acquisition is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with RFO Part 19. All solicitation provisions and contract clauses applicable to this procurement are incorporated and set forth in Attachment 2 – SF 1449. Submission of a quote constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and requirements contained within this attachment.
