Presolicitation Notice – Synopsis

Construction Competitive

NASA/Kennedy Space Center (KSC) plans to issue a Phase 1 Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Design Build of Launch Complex (LC) 39 Area Duct Bank System Replacement.

In accordance with FAR 36.101-3, the budget parameters for this project is between $90-100M. The period of performance will be negotiable During Phase 2 of the RFP.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 237130 and 45M, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the Phase 1 RFP is on or about November 12, 2025, with an anticipated Phase 1 Proposal due date of on or about December 12, 2025.

The firm date for receipt of Phase 1 Proposals will be stated in the Phase 1 RFP. 

All responsible sources may submit a Phase 1 Proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
