DESCRIPTION:
The USDA-Forest Service is advertising a Watering Facilities Maintenance Project on the Payette National Forest near Council, ID.  The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, any incidental materials not listed in GFM attachment, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform the services.
CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS:
Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov).
SET-ASIDE:
This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns.

The NAICS code is NAICS 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. The Small Business size standard is $41 Million.

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:
Solicitation 12363N26Q0003 is being issued as an RFQ and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract.  Only one award will be issued.
