    Description of the work: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, material, and equipment required to perform the following work: connecting existing pump stations, water towers, and substations with fiber or LTE RF system to LP20. This includes PLC’s, LTE RF systems, fiber connection enclosures, conduit/fiber, handholes, and connections required to support the SCADA network and incidental related work.
