LEAD MINOR CONSTRUCTION

This replaces the previous notice for W911N2-25-R-A003.  There are no changes to the requirement.  This only changes solicitation number to W911N2-26-R-A009 and dates of anticipated posting. 

Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal - Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract for facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, and minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems. A Statement of Work will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance will be a five (5) year ordering period. The procurement will be 100% small business 8(a) set-aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, the size standard is $45 Million, and the service code is Z2JZ.   This requirement will utilize FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36 – Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. Solicitation number W911N2-26-R-A009 will be released on or about 1 December 2025, with a closing date on or about 5 January 2026.  The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.  All interested sources may submit a proposal in response to the forthcoming solicitation, which will be considered by this agency.
