Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Inquiries and responses must be submitted in writing via email to judith.s.meynard.ctr@health.mil and cc: erica.s.oh.civ@health.mil not later than August 15, 2025 at 10;00 am. If no affirmative written response is received by the requested date, the contract will be issued without further notice.
