THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to Lease Vehicles with Maintenance Service for Provost Marshal Office (PMO), Camp Zama, Japan Anticipated award date is around 15 May 2026 (subject to change). The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, maintenance, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to lease and maintain 8 right-hand drive 5 pax 4WD Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV) for the Provost Marshal Office (PMO), Camp Zama, Japan. The vehicles shall be manufactured in compliance with the Road Trucking Vehicle Law (Doro Unso Sharyou Hou), Government of Japan (GOJ). The vehicles shall be newly manufactured ones: therefore, production lead time is included in the basic period, and lease period starts for 6-months from upon delivery of new vehicles at Government designated location, Sagami General Depot, Japan. The Contractor shall deliver the vehicles to the Sagami General Depot, Japan. The Contractor shall pick up the vehicles at the same place where they were delivered after completion of the lease period. Note: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan.
