LEASING, SERVICING AND ON-CALL MAINTENANCE OF PARTS WASHERS.

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

Contracting Department, MCIEAST, has a requirement to lease and maintenance of eighteen (18) solvent parts washers at Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, South Carolina. This requirement is for a base year and two (2) twelve-month option periods.

It is the Government’s intent to issue a firm fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be Unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532490. The NAICS Industry description is Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. The size standard for this requirement is $40.0 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Aquistion of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).  

This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for quotes.  The solicitation (M6700125Q1062) will be posted on or about five (5) days after this posting and made available on the Contracting Opportunities portal located at www.sam.gov.  It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for the solicitation and any asspcoated amendments.  Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov, is required for entities to do business with and receive funds from the federal Government. Businesses will be assigned a Commercial and Government Entities (CAGE) Code and a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number via the SAM website. Contractors must also be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.piee.eb.mil.
