LEED CERTIFICATION EBBING 3-BAY HANGAR

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis to Green Business Certification, Inc. (GBCI).  This procurement is for LEED Silver Certification that is mandated in the Sustainable Design and Development (ASA (IIEE) SDD) policy update and AR420-1 (Army Facilities Management).  The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, PSC is R420, and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $45,000,000.00. This action will be conducted IAW FAR Part 13.  

This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes.  Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contract Specialist below no later than 2:00 p.m. CT on 31 July 2025.  Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice.  This item may be awarded without further notice.
