    Description

    This requirement is for a 100% Small Business Set Aside for LENS CROWN OBJECTIVE. The final destination is Yokosuka ,Japan. ***NO PARTS WILL SHIP TO BREMERTON, WASHINGTON***. If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following:

    -The Manufacturer

    -The country of origin (COO)

    -After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival

    -Confirm that the part will ship to DESTINATION and not Bremerton, Washington. NAVSUP WSS Transportation will work with the contractor to coordinate shipping.

    -Provide all pertinent specifications

    NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT IS A DISTRIBUTION C REQUIREMENT. IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE CONTRACTOR IS REGISTERED IN THE JOINT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (JCP) SYSTEM. 

    THE CONFORMED COPY OF THE SOLICITATION WITH BOTH LINE ITEMS IS INCLUDED WITH THIS THIRD AMENDMENT. IF QUOTING, PLEASE SUBMIT A QUOTE WITH PRICING FOR BOTH LINE ITEMS
