NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT IS A DISTRIBUTION C REQUIREMENT. IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE CONTRACTOR IS REGISTERED IN THE JOINT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (JCP) SYSTEM.
