The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. It also includes an option to extend for an additional six months, per FAR 52.217-8. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database SAM.gov | Home at the time of quote submission.
