New equipment utilized in the Level I Regional Confinement Facility to communicate with the Base central station must be compatible with the existing Base systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 8:00AM Central Daylight Time on 20 June 2024 to brian.j.welch@usace.army.mil.
