LIMITED-SOURCES JUSTIFICATION FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION—MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

This Limited-Sources Justification supports the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement under the General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule to Managed Care Advisors, Inc.  for full range of workers’ compensation medical case management services for the Department of Homeland Security throughout the United States in all 50 States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa. The total estimated value of the award is $71,182,006.35, and the ordering period is from March 31, 2026, to March 30, 2027 and four 12-month optional ordering periods.
