A Site Visit will be offered for this project on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 9:00 am CDT. All travel costs for the site visit are at the expense of the contractor and will not be reimbursed by the Government. There is a limit of 2 people per organization. Please submit the above information by email no later than Monday, March 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm CDT. The Lackland Visitor Control Center requires 10 days for review and approval; therefore, this is a firm deadline. All questions and Request for Information (RFI) must be submitted no later than Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:00 am CDT via email to the Contract Specialist Candace Fernandez at candace.fernandez@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer Mark Green at mark.green.23@us.af.mil. We anticipate having answers posted to https://sam.gov no later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price and other factors. Other factors will be the technical capability of the contractor. Technical capability of the contractor shall be determined by the following: technical approach to address all items in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), parts/equipment lead time, ability to meet the period of performance, and copy of certifications in accordance with the PWS.
