Lodging facilites are to be located within 15 miles of the 934th AW Air Reserve Station. Agreements are subject to review annualy under FAR 13.303-6(b). Please reference all documents attached When drafting your capability statement, please note the following terms and conditions: Lodging facility must be located within the state of Minnesota. This agency is exempt from Federal, State and Local City taxes. If a tax-exempt certificate is required, it will be provided upon request. The Government is seeking to place BPAs directly with the hotels, not third party vendors.
