LOGISTICS MODERNIZATION INTEGRATION SUPPORT (LMIS) FOR DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY (DLA) DISTRIBUTION, POOL 1, ENTERPRISE FACILITY MODERNIZATION, EDC EQUIPMENT MODERNIZATION

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates issuing modifications to existing EDC Modernization Delivery Order SP3300-20-F-1300 on a sole source basis to Advantaged Solutions, Inc. for updating cybersecurity requirements, integrating the Okta solution, incorporate WES software changes, integrating the parcel robotic system, AGV pathways updates, and for the contract PoP extension required to complete installations and software integration.

Advantage Solutions Inc. has a general contractor on site to make modifications to the facility, to include the requirements listed above. Awarding to another vendor would add unwarranted complexity to the integration of systems. Additional vendors would require them to mobilize multiple times at an increased cost. ASI is already contracted to perform the installation and integration requirements listed above, which need to be appropriately coordinated for the work to be performed.

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Advantage Solutions, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of providing these requirements at this time. The J&A for the modifications are being posted as part of this notice.

This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
