This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The USACE, Buffalo District, requires the repair and rehabilitation of the Lorain Harbor West Breakwater in Lorain, Ohio. The breakwater is critical for harbor protection and safe navigation. The project will restore the structural integrity of the breakwater, which has experienced significant deterioration due to age and environmental conditions. Bonding will be required for this project; any offeror shall have the proper capabilities. Please be advised that this requirement may be delayed, revised, or cancelled at any time before award.
