    Description

    The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to procure, via full and open competition for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to design, develop, fabricate, assemble and complete Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT) for the Landing Platform Dock-17 Ship Control System (LPD 17 SCS) Hardware to meet the performance specifications outlined in the solicitation. This procurement synopsis has been prepared in accordance with FAR 5.207.

    This procurement is planned to consist of one twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods.

    The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334511, with a size standard of 1,350 employees.

    The places of performance under this contract include, but are not limited to, the United States.

    A sources sought notice was issued on the System for Award Management (SAM) website on 28 SEP 2023 under NAICS code 336611, titled “Request for Information_LPD In-Service Modernization and Shipbuilding” (Notice ID N000242R4203).
