This is not a solicitation notice. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. In addition, pursuant to FAR 5.202(a)(2) posting will be abbreviated to 5 days.  The 161st ARW Arizona Air National Guard, 3200E Old Tower Rd Phoenix, AZ 85034 has a requirement to procure a Genesis Resource Keywatcher automated management system to optimize storage, accountability of keys and mileage records for agency vehicles, cabinets, cages capacity and come into compliance with secure key storage via the following:

The Arizona Air National Guard intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Genesis Resource. Requirement is for the delivery and installation of the required storage components. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is not a request for competitive proposals.

CLIN 0001: Provide and install:

SUPPLY AND INSTALL :

GENESIS RESOURCE AUTOMATED KEYWATCHER SYSTEM

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 Days ADC
Include all necessary equipment to furnish and install the complete GENESIS RESOURCE KEYWATCHER system in this requirement.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source, Government Services Administration (GSA) Delivery Order to:
