PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) HUSBANDING SERVICES PART 1 GENERAL INFORMATION 1. General: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Husbanding Services to a United States Government (USG) vessel. The USG shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the USG. 1.1. Introduction: This is a Stand-Alone Firm Fixed Price contract. This is an overseas agreement and only sources as determined by the Contracting Officer (KO) will enter into the agreement. This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Husbanding Services to US government personnel. 1.2 Background: LSV-4 will be conducting operations in the Pacific region and require Husbanding services to meet mission requirements. 1.3 Scope: The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Husbanding Services, accompanying tasks, crew logistics, and husbanding port services in support of the USG vessels in accordance with this PWS, Part 5’s specific tasks, applicable technical exhibits, and Order Form.  The Contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents. 1.3.1. Due to the variables at sea and the volatility of US Army Military Exercises and Operations, contractors must remain flexible to changes in the periods of performance, quantities, and potential for the addition/reduction of services within the general scope of the contract. Contractors will provide individual unit pricing at the Call level in their quotes to facilitate these changes. Any changes shall be bilateral in nature under 52.212-4 Commercial contracting. 1.3.2. Objectives: The objective is to provide US Government personnel Husbanding Services support identified at the individual Call/order. 1.4. Period of Performance: 04 – 06 JUN 2024 1.5. Place of Performance: Some locations are identified below but are not limited to: Saipan Tinian
