Description

Luke AFB has a requirement to upgrade the existing Audio Visual system at the base chapel in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

An optional site visit will be taking place on Friday, July 25th at 10:00am PST. Confirmation of your intent to attend the site visit must be submitted to the point of contact via email by Thursday July 24th at 3:00pm PST. Further instructions will be givien after confirming attendance.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the point of contract via email no later than Monday July 28th at 3:00pm PST. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be considered for response.

Any offers submitted in response to this request for quote must be emailed to the point of contact no later than Thursday, August 7th at 8:00pm PST.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
