The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide portable chemical toilets and hand washing stations and cleaning services aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, CA; Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Fallbrook, CA; Marine Corps Recruiting Depot (MCRD), San Diego, CA; and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA. The period of performance is expected to begin on 1 March 2026.

The anticipated procurement will be a Single-Award Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract.

This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via SAM (www.sam.gov) on or around 21 November, 2025.
