    Description

    Contractor support is required to provide Rust Remediation, Preservation and Painting on two (2) Jet Way systems. A site visit will be held prior to receipt of quotes, to allow all perspective vendors the opportunity to view, inspect, and measure the location of where the requested Rust Remediation, Preservation and Painting on two (2) Jet Way systems will be performed. In order to attend the site visit, vendors shall convene at the location below during the prescribe time. Vendors are limited to two (2) representatives per organization for the site visit. Date: 11 March 2025 Time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Location: Navy/AMC Air Terminal is located on Naval Station Norfolk. 8449 Air Cargo Rd Bldg. LP 210 Norfolk, VA 23511, Interested vendors shall contact the site point of contact, Ryan MacWilliams, 757-341-9856 ryan.p.macwilliams.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 4:00 p.m. on 10 March 2025 to ensure proper measures are taken to allow access to the site. Inquiries having to do with parking and other issues are to be addressed to the site point of contact. NOTE: ADDITIONAL SITE VISITS WILL NOT BE ARRANGED FOR ANY PARTIES WHO ARRIVE AFTER THE GOVERNMENT AND INSPECTION PARTIES HAVE DEPARTED FROM HE AIR TERMINAL. ALL PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO BE ON TIME. NO SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS WILL BE GRANTED TO PARTIES WHO REQUEST TO VISIT PRIOR TO OR AFTER THE SCHEDULED SITE VISIT DATE. THE SITE POC IS NOT PERMITTED TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS REQUIREMENT.
