This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will be evaluated using Best Value/Trade-off Source Selection Procedures, resulting in a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award. The resulting contract will be fixed-price with economic price adjustment (FP w/EPA). Company Name 4. Data Custodian Name Please allow 2-3 working days to process your request. You will recieve a system generated email from DOD Safe providing the necessary information to access the TDP. CAUTION: Solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments there to. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
