This is a pre-solicitation notice of a proposed contract action for the procurement of truck light installation services for the Massachusetts Army National Guard, 1st Civil Support Team (CST) utilizing simplified procedures under FAR Subpart 12.201-1 for commercial services under the simplified acquisition threshold. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award Purchase Order (PO) This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government to award a contract. IAW FAR Subpart 12.101-1(c)(2), the solicitation will be directly solicited to a minimum of three offerors electronically via email. Upon award of the purchase order, an Award Notice will be made available electronically at the SAM.gov website.
