MAINTENANCE CCTV FOR THE KMC

The Sources Sought Notice is posted by a government agency seeking possible sources for a project. It is not a solicitation!
The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to perform the maintenance of all CCTV cameras as defined in the attached Draft Statement of Work CCTV Bosch Maintenance. The place of the performance is at Ramstein Air Base. The anticipated period of performance is from 1 December 2025 through 30 November 2030 as a Blanket Purchase Agreement.
Interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed above. In addition, interested sources are requested to review attached Draft SOW and answer the questionnaire. You are encouraged to provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with the attached Market Research Questionnaire. Information must be submitted by 26 September 2025, 16:00 Central European Time to SrA West, email cole.west@us.af.mil and Jennifer Arnett, email jennifer.arnett.1@us.af.mil . All information shall be submitted via email. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposals and is not considered a commitment by the Government.

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); the Air Force does not intend to award a contract based on this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "quote" and "proposal" are used in this notice of contract action, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This notice may represent the Government’s only official notice of this procurement.
