MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION AND REPAIR OF EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS (UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) AND DIESEL POWER GENERATOR SYSTEMS (GEN)) AT USAG BAVARIA MILITARY COMMUNITY GRAFENWOEHR AND VILSECK, GERMANY

1st Amendment:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

a. add Attachment 4- Site Visit Invitation to the Solicitation

b. all other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBn)/ Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (FFP/LH/T&M), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the Maintenance, Inspection and Repair of Emergency Power Supply Systems (UPS and GEN) at USAG Bavaria- Tower Barracks and Rose Barracks, Germay.

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.  The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria- Tower Barracks and Rose Barracks, Germany.

The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 September 2025 and includes a one (1)  year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THIER OWN COPY OF THE RFQ from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments.  A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.

FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS SHALL: COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov.
