Sierra Army Depot located in Herlong, CA has a requirement for a contractor to provide regular Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and emergency repairs to the natural gas pipeline at depot. This includes the standards for Operations and Maintenance of the lines. The Army intends to award one firm-fixed price/ T &M contract (a single award IDIQ with three ordering periods) as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is solicited as 100% for Small Business and will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 486210. The related business size standard is $41.5 million. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote USING Standard Form (SF) 1449, which all be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to the Contract Specialist Carolina Guerrero at carolina.guerrero4.civ@army.mil or Contracting Officer Tracy Worrell at tracy.e.worrell.civ@army.mil SITE VISIT A pre-bid site visit is scheduled on 29 Jan 2025 at 1:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) at Sierra Army Depot, Herlong CA -Contracting Office (Building 60) parking lot. The site visit will allow potential offerors to see the grounds at the Depot and gain an understanding of the tasks that will be asked of them under this effort. Anyone interested in attending the site visit shall both: a. Visitor request forms (Form 1246) are to be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the site visit. Submit completed form to Pass & ID office (Building 106) by email usarmy.sierra.tacom.mbx.pass-andid1@ army.mil or fax to (530) 827-4675. The Pass & ID office is open 0600 to 1700, Monday through Thursday. If you have any questions, please call 530-827-4108. Confirm receipt by calling (530) 827-4108. Recommend picking up the visitor pass at least 30 minutes prior to start of site visit. b.
