MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES FOR AUTOMATED AND ROLL UP DOORS

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC - Fort Buchanan) has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C325RA011 for Maintenance & Repair Services for Automated Doors at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be issued to one vendor as a result of the award under this requirement.

This RFP is issued as a 100% set-aside for Small Business. All responsible Small Business sources are invited to submit proposals under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238290. The size standard is $22M.

Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website at http://www.sam.gov for status of RFP and amendments, if any. Email is the preferred method of receiving the contractor proposals. However, all hand delivered shall include a CD/DVD with identical information to the hard copy version. Please ensure the formats for the documents are in excel, word or similar. It is the offeror's responsibility that proposal submitted is received in the office indicated in the solicitation prior to the time and date for receipt of proposals. The RFP will not be mailed out or faxed.

Contractors submitting proposals that are not registered in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award. In addition, ensure you complete in SAM/Certifications and Representations FAR 52.204-26. Failure to complete and or if Government cannot verify information may also be cause for not being eligible for further consideration for award. Vendors shall ensure copies of any amendments issued be submitted with their proposal. Failure to do so may be cause for removal from consideration for award.
