Contractor shall deliver manlift within a maximum of 48 hours after confirmation of BPA call. The contractor shall repair any reported deficiencies within four (4) hours of notification. In the event the equipment cannot be returned to service within twenty‐four (24) hours, causes a work stoppage or major disruption to schedules, a replacement shall be provided by the contractor at no charge to the Government.
