This support is to be provided at the CDET Headquarters in Quantico, VA and mainly at the seven (7) regional Campus and office locations: ? MCB Quantico, VA, ? MCB Camp Lejeune, NC, ? MCB Camp Pendleton, CA, ? Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Miramar, CA, ? Joint Reserve Base (JRB), Fort Worth, TX, ? MCB Kaneohe Bay, HI, and ? MCB Camp Butler, Okinawa, Japan. This is a follow-on contract of Seaport NxG task order M67854-21-F-3009. It is the Government?s intention to issue a single award hybrid Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) consisting of Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Line Items for services and Cost Reimbursement for travel. The contract will have a five-year ordering period and a total ceiling value of about $153M. The ordering period is estimated to commence on 3rd Quarter 2027. The proposed acquisition will be procured as a 100% set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611710. The Government will solicit and award utilizing commercial contracting under FAR Part 12 using FAR 15- Contracting by Negotiation. The Government intends to award using best value. The award will be issued on an all or none basis. The draft Performance Work Statement is posted with the synopsis and is made available on the web site https://www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the interested offerors to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
