The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Bell Techlogix, Inc. for the license renewal and support of the currently installed Microsoft Software Solutions per the attached Redacted Justification and Approval for use of Other Than Full and Open Competition. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
