MAST CLAMPS (REFURBISH)

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to D.L. Martin Co., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to perform overhaul and refurbishment of 104 Mast Clamp assemblies in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
A Sources Sought notice was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov from 02 June 2025 to 05 June 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 - Ship Building and Repair. The Product Service Code is J020 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Ship and Marine Equipment.
Please note the following: *This solicitation is available upon request only. Please email both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting to obtain this solicitation. Quote is due no later than 24 July 2025 11:00 AM HST. Quote must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact (POC). Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters on page 26 must be completed upon sumbmission. All questions regarding solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due by 24 July 2025 11:00 AM HST. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, DFARS 01/17/2025, and NMCARS 18-25. Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
