Maxwell AFB Airfield Improvements Solicitation. Please note the deadline for submitting questions is 06 January 2026 at 1300pm CST.

Amendment 0001:

The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to change the site visit time and location. The time for the site visit is at 1100am CST 03 December 2025. Additionally, the central location for the site visit has bene included as an attachment titled, "Site Visit Location - Maxwell AFB Airfield Improvements". No further changes have been made. 

Amendment 0002:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Add Attachment 5 - PNQS 24-4829 Airfield Improvements AF Form 3052 - Construction Cost Estimate Breakdown
2. Add Attachment 7 - PNQS 24-4829 Airfield Improvements Drawings - Amendment 0002
3. Add Attachment 8 - Questions and Answers
4. Add Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters
5. Add Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award
6. Correct the previous site visit date and time to reflect 3 December 2025 at 1100am CST rather than 1300pm CST 3 December 2025.
7. Create a new site visit opportunity for 12 December 2025 at 1000am CST. The location for the site visit is identified in attachment "Site Visit Location - Maxwell AFB Airfield Improvements"
8. Include Attachment 6 - 12 December 2025 - Site Visit Reservation. In order to attend the 12 December site visit, only personnel who fill out the information on this document will be granted base access and will be contacted for attendance. (please see the site visit information in UCF Section L).
9. Revise the due date for questions from due by 5 December 2025 at 1300pm CST to 16 December 2025 at 1300pm CST.
10. Extend the offer due date from due by 10 December at 1300pm CST to due by 19 December 2025 at 1300pm CST.
11. Revise block 12a of the 1442 to reflect “Yes”.

SAM Notice Description Correction: "Maxwell AFB Airfield Improvements Solicitation. Please note that a site visit is scheduled for 12 December 2025 at 1000am CST. Additionally, please note the deadline for submitting questions is 16 December 2025 at 1300pm CST. Please refer to UCF Section L for site visit instructions."

Amendment 0003:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Include the Master Sign-In Sheet (Site Visit - Sign in Sheet - Master - Airfield Improvements). 

2. No further chnages have been made.

Amendment 0004:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the proposal due date 22 calendar days from offers due by 19 December 2025 by 1300pm CST to offers due by 09 January 2026 by 1300pm CST.

2. Extend the deadline to submit questions regarding this solicitation from questions due by 16 December 2025 by 1300pm CST to questions due by 06 January 2026 by 1300pm CST.

3. Revise the period of performance in this solicitation to state a period of performance of 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed receipt instead of 10 days.

4. No further changes have been made.
