Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking small business sources to do minor repairs at Naval Station Mayport, FL., Building 1333 Conference Room. 

The Contractor shall be responsible for the following services:

•           Remove 300 SF of carpet.

•           Provide and install 300 SF of New Carpeting.

•           Remove 80 LF of cove base.

•           Provide and install 80 LF of cove base.

•           Remove two wall and shelving units.

•           Provide and install new metal frame, drywall and finish.

•           Repair deck below shelving units and close off overhead above shelving units.

•           Remove 300 SF of acoustical (ACT) ceiling tiles and grid.

•           Provide and install 300 SF of new ACT and grid.

•           Paint two doors and the interior walls.

•           Provide new outlet and light switch covers.

A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated delivery no later than 30 days after receipt of order.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

1. Contractor Information. Please provide the following:
   1.   Company name
   2. Company address
   3. Point of Contact name, phone number, and email
   4. CAGE code and UEID number
2. NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Small Business. 
   1. Please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.
3. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market.
4. A brief description of the capability and resources to meet the requirements.

The subject line of the e-mail shall read: Minor Construction Repairs, Naval Station Mayport, FL. Submissions shall not exceed five single-sided pages in length.
