MCAS BEAUFORT CATHOLIC COORDINATOR OF EDUCATION

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) has a non-personal services requirement for a Catholic Coordinator of Education. This service will provide religious education coordination to the Catholic community at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Chapel, Beaufort, South Carolina. There will be only one position under this requirement.

It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The proposed acquisition will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110 Religious Organizations. The Size Standard is 13 million dollars. The Government will solicit and award this contract using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services).

This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for quotes. Solicitation M6700126Q0065 will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.sam.gov.  It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.  Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov.  Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov.  All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code) and be registered with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at www.piee.eb.mil.
