These existing facilities structures are in relatively good condition and will be completely gutted and renovated per the requirements indicated herein. Construct the following new structures: Flightline Crew Shelters (CLIN 0005, CLIN 0006), and Restroom at Pump House Facility 7931 (CLIN 0002, CLIN 0008). These new facilities will be constructed per the requirements indicated herein. Design and construction of improvements will be in accordance with the latest version of the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Requirements, Specific Facilities Design / Construction Requirements. See Attachment K for Rev 5, November 2022. Confirm current version with MCAS Miramar prior to design.
