This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (iv)  Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clausesin effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 dated January 22, 2024. (v)  NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 311919, Other Snack Food Manufacturing with a size standard of 1250 employee (PSC of 3605 Food Products Machinery and Equipment).
