Synopsis:

The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 19.1306(a) and FAR 6.302-5(b)(5) under the statutory authority of 15 USC 657f) to CARROLL WOODS INC, 95 Dot LN Tabor City, North Carolina 28463-8228, for 22 SFS Gate Weapon Storage Cabinets.

This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures (IAW FAR 13) and the HUBZone sole-source awards Procurement Program (IAW FAR 19.1306). This requirement is a HUBZone sole source award. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 332999 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees.

The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
