In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. Quotation Due Date (Closing Date): All eligible MSRA/ABR holders must submit their Quotations via email no later than July 1, 2026 at 10:00AM JST. Access to Attachments: Attachments are Restricted/CUI and accessible only to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan. Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract Specialist directly via email. Access requests from non-eligible sources will be rejected.
