MECHANICAL VEGETATION REMOVAL, EDWARD MACDOWELL LAKE, PETERBOROUGH, NH

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Mechanical Vegetation Removal Services, Edward MacDowell Dam, Peterborough, NH.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform mechanical vegetation removal at two (2) locations around the Edward MacDowell Lake Project totaling approximately 15.03 Acres. See Exhibits A through C for work locations. This work shall include the cutting, felling, removal, mulching or chipping of brush, shrubs, and trees according to the site location and description. There may be trees that exhibit higher hazard to personnel, property or infrastructure in their condition or precarious location that exist in or around the work area(s). Work may be in wet areas, near open water, on riprap stone or steep slopes depending on the site conditions.  All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
