Period of Performance: Completion date shall be no later than 120 days after date of award.
Place of Performance: Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) located at 6090 Strathmore Rd., Richmond, VA 23237 Richmond, Virginia.
Evaluation Method: Lowest price that meets the technical requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW).
